Every time we tried to start the hosted network , Windows came out with this error: The hosted network could not start. The hotspot is created as ' Local area network connection *14’. I then change the properties of my Ethernet connection to share through the hosted network. But even after this the Network and Sharing Center shows that Local area network connection *14’ does not have Network access. I tried ipconfig/renew using command prompt. I am not able to make hotspot with any of the softwares or cmd. I checked in device manager, there is no "Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter" driver available.
