@YouTube a nice fix to the system would be, if we get 3 strikes on our account, we loose the right to upload for so many days, like 180 days, but still keep the account so we can follow channels, watch commercials in daid channels, pay for premium, etc. Nov 28, 2017 · This problem of buffering has been occurring every night all night. Video Optimization has been turned off. Also I still have over half my data left for this month. Video performance on other websites has not been affected. Last night I spent 45 minutes trying to watch a 15 minute video on Youtube at 480p. I gave up when it was only 2/3 finished. Hello, I am facing buffering problems on my Samsung Smart TV Model no UE40ES6710. While viewing any film on Youtube after sometime suddenly the video stops while the audio moves on until a min or Buffering happens at least 3-4 times during a one-hour show. The buffering takes anywhere from ~1 second to over a minute. I also watch Amazon Prime, Netflix and CBS All Access over the same system with extremely rare buffering issues.
