We've restarted teamViewer on both machines, and restarted both machines themselves. We tried him connecting to my computer and this works no problem. Any ideas on what's going on, or how to track down what's stopping this connection from getting through would be greatly appreciated!

After disabling proxies in the options it says ready to connect but gives no ID and password and I'm not able to connect to other devices.
